My story
I walked around with a frozen shoulder for more than a year. Every week my physiotherapist gave me exercises to do at home — and every week, by Wednesday, I had forgotten exactly how to do them. Until she started taking photos during the session while I did the exercise, simply with my own phone. Suddenly I knew exactly what to do at home — and I actually did it. That simple habit became this app.
Physiotherapy is written with PH. The F in Fysio is a reference to my Flemish roots.
